This Ring die granulator machine was used by one of our Malaysian clients. Uniform Cylindrical pellets with good hardness were produced by the extruder machine. Moisture content of the raw material can be 30-35%. You do not need to dry the raw material, so much energy is saved. Pellet rate is more than 95%. Many other kinds of granulator machine cannot reach so high pellet rate.
